SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
U.S. SHIPPING ( UPS GROUND )
We will ship your order by UPS Ground to anywhere in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. The shipping cost will be added to your invoice before check out.
STANDARD U.S. SHIPPING TIME
Once you place your order, please allow us 2-5 days to process and ship your order. All orders are sent via UPS and will arrive on your doorstep within 3 - 7 business days after we process your order. If you need want other method of shipping please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org
We offer UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping option. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Please note UPS may not deliver on weekends.
Please contact us for International Sales. All international sales require a wire transfer before shipping. The buyer will have to provide a form of transportation.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you need to return your order, please see below Return & Refund Policy:
- Timing: You have a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy from the day the item was received.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, goods must maintain original tags and not be worn or washed. If sold in a pre-pack, it must be returned as a pre-pack without missing sizes.
- Restocking Fees: A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
- Free Return Fee: We will pay for your returns and issue a free return label. Please follow the below steps:
- Email email@example.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, the reason for the return. Alternatively, you can also use the contact us page to request a return.
- Return label: We will email you a postage-paid return label for your return.
- Pack your item(s) and attach the shipping label to your package.
- Drop your package at a UPS location.
- When the returned item is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email about the refund status.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method within 48 hrs.
- Tracking: We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails and allow you to track the package and verify delivery. If you have any concerns or issues with your returns or refunds, please contact us or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered
Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to receive your item and process your return. We will issue a full refund back to your original form of payment within 48 hours of receiving your return.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
We value the quality and workmanship of our dresses. Please follow the above return process to return the item for a full refund if your merchandise arrives with any damage or defects. Items damaged due to normal wear & tear are not eligible for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate international returns at this time. However, if your item was damaged or defective upon arrival, contact us and we will gladly send you a replacement. Please note we are not responsible for any customs fees.
